(\u201cCustomAir\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), has acquired both Power Plus Electric Ltd. (\u201cPower Plus\u201d) and I.C.R. Air Inc. (\u201cICR\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Power Plus, based in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, is a well-established electrical contractor that provides both \u201cA\u201d and \u201cB\u201d regulated electrical services. This acquisition will expand CustomAir\u2019s service offerings by adding experienced electrical expertise and in turn complementing the Company\u2019s core HVAC services. This strategic addition positions CustomAir to capitalize on the growing trend of decarbonization and electrification, delivering integrated HVAC and electrical solutions for our expanding core business and customers.<\/p>\n<p>ICR, based in Kamloops, British Columbia, is a provider of HVAC services.
